The power of delaying your desires.

Ever wonder why you never delay some of the “important” tasks and you spend more time, money and effort in doing something that you know it’s a waste of time and yet you never delay it?

Because you LOVE doing it, you have the fun and you enjoy the outcome from watching a series of drama the whole day. Something that is unproductive eh? Every time you finished your whole series of drama, you might think so that’s a day wasted and your have all the works laying behind your desk. Good, well at least you are still self-aware of this situation meaning you are still able to change your attitude and prevent this in the future.

I am not saying that you cannot watch or play, it’s just like human is too easy to be lured into the cycle of having fun. Like watching YouTube, you are recommended funny videos one followed by another, and there is no stopping in any time unless you are self-aware of it and know there is a watch later list button in the video below.

So, what say we DELAY your desired tasks, make it as the weekend goal. Sound good eh? What? Not good? Then why you procrastinate your current works and play first before working on your project and assignments?

Something wrong, isn’t it? You are DELAYING your important work but not the “important” work. Think about it, which is more important and which is a must, a must that the day would come for you eventually. It is just a matter of time.
