Health is the first thing you must invest in since you were young.

Without health, everything you owned, you earned is nothing.

People says invest in stock and I say invest in health because…

Life is impermanence.

It’s not about working for money, everything will become nothing eventually. For this we have to accept it because it’s the nature’s law, we are unable to change it.

  1. Sleep at 10am wake up at 4am if you need to work.
  2. Drink water frequently.
  3. Have the same eating time everyday.
  4. Exercise thrice in a week.
  5. Don’t overthink, do one thing at once.
  6. Meditate.
  7. Sit up right.
  8. Breath through your nose while placing you tongue at the palate.

Breathing through you nose is hard to achieve when you are getting used to breathing your mouth. Breathing with mouth is something that everyone must avoid. You have to train to breathe in and out consciously at first, when you are breathing through the nose and periodically, make sure you place your tongue at the palate.

You will feel something like 氣 flowing, circulating your body, a warm feeling on your feet and palms.

That is the time where your internal cells are being repaired by the enormous amount of energy that you created by breathing.
